After college, Mr. Ferenchick attended Florida Coastal School of Law and upon graduation moved to Pensacola, Florida where he began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for State Attorney’s Office for the 1st Judicial Circuit. As an Assistant State Attorney, Mr. Ferenchick gained valuable trial experience prosecuting misdemeanor and felony crimes have tried close to 30 jury trials to verdict.
Mr. Ferenchick moved to Cairo, Georgia in 2014 where he worked as an associate for The Law Office of Kevin S. Cauley, LLC until 2018 when he opened his own practice. Mr. Ferenchick currently serves as counsel for the City of Whigham and was elected Solicitor General for Grady County in 2018. His legal practice is focused on real estate, wills, probate, corporate law, and civil litigation.

Mr. Charles A. Ferenchick grew up in Tallahassee, Florida and received his undergraduate degree in Environmental Science from Berry College, in Rome, Georgia.
While at Berry, Mr. Ferenchick played baseball for the Vikings and was a second team all-conference recipient. Most importantly, while at Berry he met his wife Dr. Raina Ferenchick.

Samantha M. Tyler
Paralegal
Samantha works as a paralegal with our firm handling all different areas of law with a concentration on real estate transactions. Cairo is Samantha’s hometown and prior to moving back worked for a large law firm in Panama City, Florida where she was a licensed title insurance agent and managed their real estate department. Samantha has extensive knowledge of real estate transactions from single-family homes to corporate multimillion-dollar transactions. Samantha has twenty years of paralegal experience with her main emphasis on real estate transactions and development.
Samantha and her family attend First Baptist Church of Cairo where she and her husband, Mike, are leaders with the Youth Ministry. In her free time, she enjoys camping and spending time with her family.
Jessica Smith
Legal Secretary
Mrs. Jessica Smith has worked as a legal secretary for the Law Office of Charles A. Ferenchick, LLC fand has valuable experience in assisting in all areas of legal work. Prior to moving to Cairo, Mrs. Smith worked as a Licensed Insurance Agent with a large insurance agency in Lakeland, Florida servicing policy holder’s accounts.
